This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal and sensitive information.
We believe that your information belongs to you. We only collect what we need to provide you with high-quality, person-centred support and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We always aim to be transparent and respectful in how we handle your information.

Directly from you or your child during meetings, phone calls, forms, emails or online
From your parent, guardian or legally authorised representative
From other services (like schools, therapists or support coordinators) with your consent
From government bodies or public sources, only where allowed by law

Deliver tailored NDIS services and supports
Understand your child’s needs, goals and preferences
Communicate with you and your support network
Collaborate with schools, therapists or other providers
Advocate on your behalf (with your consent)

We will never use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent.
We take the security of your information seriously. All data is stored securely, whether electronically or on paper.

Secure cloud-based systems with restricted access
Password protection and encrypted data
Staff training on privacy and confidentiality
Physical security for any hard copy records
We only keep your information for as long as needed, based on legal and funding requirements, and we securely destroy or de-identify it when no longer required.

With you, or your authorised representative
With other providers involved in your support (e.g. therapists, teachers, support coordinators)
When required by law (e.g. mandatory reporting, NDIS reporting obligations)
If there’s a serious risk to someone’s life, health or safety
We will always explain who we are sharing your information with and why—unless the law prevents us from doing so.
